The map shows directions from the Deep lane end exit of the A38, which is just after the Ivybridge and Lee Mill exits. The exit is for Elburton. The red box in the lower part shows the best route from the A38 to Elburton. Then from the top of the page through Elburton, Staddiscombe through Down Thomas and to the Farm

We would recommenced using the route suggested over something suggested from a sat nav system. We know that some of the systems take some very narrow difficult roads to Gabber Farm which we have tried to avoid for you.
